At Jafspot, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction with your footwear purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date. Whether the shoes don't fit quite right or you simply changed your mind, we've got you covered. If the product is not what you have ordered or the size is not same what you have ordered. Jafspot will bear all the return expenses but if you change your mind due to any personal reason then the customer will be charged 15% of the product price which goes to shipping and marketing cost To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps: Contact our customer support team at jafspotd@gmail.com or call us at +92 304 4243875. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, making sure to include all accessories and documentation that came with the shoes. Make sure that the package is unused and all the components are complete. Ship the package back to us using a trustworthy shipping courier. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your return within 5 business days. If you prefer, we can also offer you store credit or an exchange for a different size or style. Just let us know your preference when contacting our customer support team. Please note that certain items may be non-returnable or subject to specific return conditions. These include items that have been worn, damaged, or altered, as well as sale items. Additionally, any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
