At Jafspot, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction with your footwear purchase.

1. Product Replacement Policy

a) If the mistake is on our end

We offer a free refund if you receive the wrong product due to any of the following reasons:

Incorrect size sent

Wrong color sent

Wrong design sent

In this case, the customer will need to ship the product back to us, and we will process the full refund once we receive the item.

b) If the customer changes their mind

If the product delivered matches the order but the customer still wants a refund due to a change of mind, a 15% deduction will be applied. This deduction covers logistics and marketing costs. The customer must also return the product to us for the refund to be processed.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at jafspotd@gmail.com or call us at 03367529616. Our friendly representatives will guide you through the return process.
  2. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, making sure to include all accessories and documentation that came with the shoes.
  3. Make sure that the package is unused and all the components are complete.
  4. Ship the package back to us using a trustworthy shipping courier. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your return within 5 business days.

If you prefer, we can also offer you store credit or an exchange for a different size or style. Just let us know your preference when contacting our customer support team.

Please note that certain items may be non-returnable or subject to specific return conditions. These include items that have been worn, damaged, or altered,. Additionally,

please make an unboxing video of the parcel to avoid fraud. Jafelite will not accept any claim of changed product if the unboxing video is missing. a claim with an unboxing video will be processed without a single question askeed.

During our 11.11 Exclusive Sale, we are offering premium discounts and special prices.

Because of these limited-time offers, our standard return policy will not apply to 11.11 orders.

🔄 Exchange-Only Policy (Valid Only for 11.11 Orders)

Customers will be eligible only for exchange, and only under the following conditions:

✔ Eligible for Exchange

An exchange will be accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

    • The product received is different from what was ordered.

      Wrong Item Delivered

       

    • The color does not match the order details.

      Wrong Color Delivered

       

    • Manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival (unboxing video required).

      Defective / Faulty Item

📦 Exchange Requirements

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

    • Order number

    • Unboxing video (for defective claims)

  • Exchange request review: 1–3 working days

  • Dispatch of replacement pair: 3–5 working days after approval
