If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date. Whether the shoes don't fit quite right or you simply changed your mind, we've got you covered. If the product is not what you have ordered or the size is not same what you have ordered. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your return within 5 business days. If you prefer, we can also offer you store credit or an exchange for a different size or style.
